"Kitty helped me reflect on my relationship with food. I had been on the Cambridge 1:1 Diet, but I shared with her that my binge urges had returned and felt stronger than before. I told her I was feeling stressed and guilty, as though I was letting my weight loss coach down, something that was clearly triggering for me. Kitty helped me realise what was really going on; I was dissatisfied with the food, overwhelmed by the pressure to lose a specific amount each week, and, quite simply, very hungry.
