Podcasts

There are an amazing array of very useful Podcasts available now that can be an immense help when navigating the complexity of recovery.  They can be a great source of support and information.  Two podcasts from coaches I admire and have found very useful in my own recovery are:

The Body Love Binge podcast by Victoria Kleinsman:

Victoria has recovered herself from an abusive realtionship, fitness related body dysmorphia, bulimia and anorexia. She has a support group and does free "Hot seat coaching" sessions once a month. She has tonnes of podcasts detailing lots of recovery advice, information, and recordings of people being coached by her. If you subscribe to her podcasts, there is also access to a few free mini workshops.

Seven Health Radio with Chris Sendal:

Chris has hundreds of informative broadcasts on different challenges that arise during recovery. He does not have lived experience of an eating disorder but finds that this is sometimes an advantage in coaching - it can work both ways! Chris also has a free mini course for getting started with your recovery which is incredibly helpful.
